Co-operators was built by farmers to take care of themselves and their communities when traditional insurers would not meet their needs. The goal of co-operative insurance was to work with policyholders to keep them insured in good times and bad. This same co-operative outlook gave birth to things like credit unions and firefighting services in communities across Canada.
When Albert Savage, one of the original founders of Co-operators, described the company as “an acorn that will grow into one of the greatest oak trees of the co-operative movement”, he was expressing the aspirations of staff and clients.
Today, Co-operators has over a million clients across the country. We always stay true to our roots and to the vision of a small group of Prairie farmers in 1945.We strive to align everything we do with the core principles of sustainability to advance the environmental, social and financial resilience of Canadians and our communities.
Holly Peroni is a Licensed Insurance Representative specializing in commercial lines of business for the offices of Christine Eibisberger-Hobden. Holly is responsible for the business portfolio, commercial prospecting and new business policies at the agency and has additional sales capabilities and support for the home and auto sectors as well. Holly is a dedicated advisor and is going into her 12th year employed with co-operators. Holly has a track record of industry success and has been involved with the Elite Commercial program within the company for many years. She holds a diploma from Dominion Herbal College as a Chartered Herbalist (Hons.) as well as a Diploma for the Commercial Horticulture & Horticulture technician program (Hons.) through Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology.
